ALQST's second annual conference, held on 10 December 2018 (Human Rights Day), on with recent developments regarding the declining state of human rights standards in Saudi Arabia. It featured speakers from both ALQST and partner organisations, including Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, Reporters Without Borders, International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), Gulf Centre for human Rights (GCHR), the European-Saudi Organisation for Human Rights (ESOHR), Campaign Against Arm Trade (CAAT), and MENA Rights Group.
